TODAY

WE HAVE THE LARGEST GENERATION OF YOUTH IN HISTORY

There are 1.8 billion young minds, between the ages of 10 and 24, alive in the world right now, and close to 90% of them live in developing nations.

These young people have not only inherited long-standing issues in their communities, they’ve also inherited beliefs, mindsets, and notions that quietly constrain human potential. Patterns that perpetuate poverty, weaken the social fabric, and reproduce disempowerment.

But what if this generation wasn’t just the largest…

what if

this was the most transformative ?

About Us

UNLEASHING HUMAN POTENTIAL AT SCALE

MetaHumanos exists to help young people early in life unlock what holds them back, before those limits become lifelong patterns.

We guide them to identify the inner blocks to their potential, gain self-awareness, and begin to claim authorship over their lives.

Through a transformative learning experience, a powerful methodology and a network of support, young people begin to alter their trajectories
and as they do, they start to transform not only their futures, but the very notions that shape what’s possible for generations to come.

The journey began with a homemade MVP, led by a restless 20-year-old Guatemalan girl who couldn’t stop thinking about how to equip young people with the kind of self-awareness that had, early on, altered her own trajectory.

She knocked on the door of INTECAP, Guatemala’s largest workforce development institution, with a bold idea and a pilot ready to test.

35 young people joined the first cohort. INTECAP saw the power of the idea and asked: can this scale across the country?

They backed her as she rose to the opportunity—to grow the work, reach wider, and scale nationally to 100,000 young people in the first phase.

What began as a spark is now being carried forward by a committed team of 3 young people.

Our Story

FOR / BY THE YOUTH

FOR / BY THE YOUTH

That’s what fuels the team’s unshakable commitment as they design, refine, lead, and reimagine how transformation at scale actually happens.

They understand that when even one young person frees themselves from what holds them back, the impact can ripple outward in ways no one can fully predict.

A kind of butterfly effect—one internal shift multiplying outward, across families, communities, and generations.

That’s why they’re not waiting.

Restlessness can be contagious. Passion can be a powerful force. And innovation is needed.

Because if what we build today can alter trajectories, unlock agency, and scale with integrity why wait?
